About

 Moulee is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Strategist with 15 years of experience in corporate, development sector and LGBTQIA+ community oriented organisations. Moulee currently leads the Global DEI strategy for a humanitarian organisation. He has led inclusion strategies and trainings for various global multi-national companies, and was the former DEI country lead for Symantec India. He specialises in workplace inclusion strategy and drives organisational change, policy and inclusive development programs. He helps business leaders with clarity and focus on inclusion as a business accelerator. Moulee is one of the 11 drafting committee members constituted by the Tamil Nadu Government to draft the LGBTQIA+ policy.

Moulee is the co-founder of Queer Chennai Chronicles, an LGBTQIA+ focused literary forum and independent publishing house; and the festival curator & director of India’s first Queer Literature Festival - Chennai Queer LitFest. Moulee is one of the projects leads of Inqlusive Newsrooms, an initiative to publish LGBTQIA+ media reference guide in various Indian languages including Tamil and to increase LGBTQIA+ sensitivity in Indian newsrooms.
